Gîte adjoining the owner's home with its own entrance, located in the charming little village of Lachapelle-sous-Chaux, just a few kilometres from the Alsace balloon and the Vosges mountains. Located on the 1st floor of a renovated farmhouse, Carinou's Cocoon offers all the comforts of home, including a large hall with cupboards and WC, plus a large utility room. A large, well-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and dining area: 12 place dishwasher, oven, microwave, 2 coffee makers (1 Senseo), electric kettle, toaster, raclette machine, fridge-freezer, Very comfortable lounge with flat-screen TV and corner sofa bed. The bedrooms are on the second floor: Chambre SOLEIL, Chambre LUNE and Chambre PLUME have low ceilings and are very bright with velux windows. The first two are separated by a shared closed dressing room, with a 140x190 bed in each bedroom and the third a 160x200 bed with dressing room in the bedroom. Relaxing lounge area, games room with TV. Large bathroom with shower, WC and cupboard. Baby equipment on request: cot, high chair, bath, changing mat, games. Child gate at top of 2 staircases. (fairly steep stairs) Small, private, sheltered terrace with electric barbecue and plancha. Large plot of land available with relaxation area on the banks of a small river, small lounge, deckchairs and children's play area, Quiet, restful location overlooking an enclosed courtyard with garage. Private parking spaces in the courtyard. Bed linen provided and bed made on arrival, cleaning and towels optional. You can enhance your stay with a host of activities in the heart of our beautiful region: hiking, cycling, tree climbing, swimming, etc., as well as discovering cultural sites: The Lion of Belfort, the Citadel, the forts, the FIMU and EUROKEENNES festivals.
