In the heart of the garden, come and enjoy the swimming pool, heated from 01/06 to 15/09, which is entirely at your disposal. A garage is available for 2 cars. There is a private petanque area, a swing and a small outbuilding. The gîte comprises a ground floor and a first floor. On the ground floor there is a living room with dining area and fitted kitchen, a separate toilet and 1 bedroom with bunk beds. In the basement, you will find the laundry room as well as a space fitted out with accessories and a table football and darts board. Upstairs are the remaining 2 bedrooms, including a master bedroom (160*200 bed) and 1 bedroom (140*190 and 90*190 beds), as well as a bathroom with shower and WC. Underfloor heating included - flat-screen TV - veranda - cleaning optional at €80.
