Gîte in a former holiday camp at the foot of the Ballon d'Alsace. Situated at an altitude of 600 m, in the Ballons de Vosges Regional Nature Park and with direct access to the forest, you will be close to several hiking and cycling trails, including the GR5.
The Colo has been completely renovated and fitted out to ensure you have an excellent stay. For your peace and quiet, this is the only accommodation available on the property, which has 1 hectare of parkland and is not overlooked. Access to the gîte is via an internal staircase.
Located on the 1st floor, the gîte comprises a single bright living area with a comfortable lounge, a convivial kitchen equipped for 5 people, with oven, traditional coffee machine, microwave and freezer. The sleeping area is accessed via a corridor and comprises 2 bedrooms, the first with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, the second with 3 single beds (90 x 190 cm). The shared bathroom has a shower, single washbasin and WC. You will also have access to the laundry room, equipped with a washing machine. Outside, a large private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue overlooks the property's one-hectare grounds.
The gîte is 10 km from the Alsace balloon and ski resort, 4 km from the small village of Lepuix, 6 km from all amenities and 20 km from Belfort.
